I believe that everyone should be empowered to begin their healing journey. I am an advocate for self care. I have a holistic practice, Learn the Essentials, that focuses on self care and mindful stress management that incorporates Reiki, education, coaching and mentoring through behavior change strategies, and the use of Essential Oils. I have experience working with a diverse population and love helping people to live their healthiest, happiest and most meaningful lives.
